Who we are
Robland Home Health Care offers two distinct types of services tailored to support individuals in the community. Our Relocation Services and Case Management focus on assisting people in finding their place within the community. Meanwhile, our Waiver Services and CFSS (Consumer Directed Community Supports) Model are dedicated to delivering these services directly within community settings. This dual approach ensures comprehensive support tailored to everyone’s needs, facilitating both the transition to community living and the continuation of care in their chosen environment. Our team, consisting of case managers, nurses, social workers, and trained professionals, is committed to making independent living accessible and sustainable. We leverage the latest data, research, and tools to help seniors, young adults, and disabled individuals live happily and healthily in their homes. We bridge the gap between complex industry jargon and vital resources, providing crucial assistance to those who need it most.

Concerning
Over half of those providing care reported a decline in health that impacted their ability to provide care, and over a quarter reported finanical hardship as a result of caregiving.
While it’s natural for many families to come together to support their loved ones as they age, when the burden falls primarily falls on one individual, caregiver burnout is likely. When this happens, it’s unhealthy for both the person giving care, as well as the senior they are caring for.
Our goal is to provide caregivers with the tools and resources they need to ensure they they don’t have to sacrifice their own well being, social life, and finances to take care of a loved one.Robland, respite care, CFFS Model services are all great tools for caregivers to utilize, and we are here to guide caregivers to the places where they can get help finding and affording these services.
Self-Directed Care Is Within Reach
According to a recent AARP study, 75% of retirees express a desire to remain in their current communities as long as possible. At Robland, we champion the belief that seniors should have the autonomy to stay in their homes for as long as they wish while enjoying a high quality of life. Often, seniors and young adults feel compelled to leave their communities, but with the right tools, knowledge, and resources, it may be possible to delay or even avoid this move altogether.
Prioritizing Wellness in Aging
For those aging in place, wellness extends beyond physical and medical safety—though these remain fundamental. It also encompasses mental health and social connections. The COVID-19 pandemic has heightened the challenges of isolation and loneliness for seniors, which are associated with an increased risk of premature death from all causes and a 50% higher risk of dementia. With advancements in technology and modern medicine, we aim to support seniors in navigating these challenges and thriving at home.
Ensuring the physical and medical safety of seniors as they age in place is crucial. Appropriate technology and safety measures are essential for making homes safer and ensuring seniors receive timely help and access to medical professionals when needed.
Preventing Caregiver Burnout
The CDC reports that 25% of adults over 18 have provided care to someone with a long-term illness or disability in the past month, underscoring the widespread reality of unpaid caregiving. This makes caregiver burnout a significant concern, yet with proper support and resources, it is preventable. At Robland, we are committed to providing support systems that not only benefit the care recipients but also safeguard the wellbeing of caregivers.
